4. System Requirements

In order to access the Website, you are required to have a compatible handheld device, internet access, and the necessary minimum specifications ('Software Requirements').

5. Refund/Cancellation Policy

As per current scenarios OEMone is following a manual process of refund/cancellation policy and for that concerned person's details are available on website.

6. Modifications of these terms

OEMone reserves the right to change or modify these Terms or any other OEMone's terms, conditions, or policies related to use of the website at any time and at its sole discretion by posting revisions on the oemone.shop website or within this website.

7. Shipping policy

As per current scenarios OEMone is following a pick up from store (manual) process for shipping and for that concerned person's details are available on website.

8. Payment terms

OEMone will monthly invoice the vendor user of the website based on an agreement agreed by both the vendor user and OEMone. In the absence of the agreement in place, OEMone may terminate the users and delete the data & the user should immediately stop using it. The vendor user is liable to pay the commission which is been mentioned in the agreement signed by both parties.
